Make Extra: Cooking larger portions of meals will create time savors on the others meals for the week. Leftovers from dinner could be utilized for a lunch another day. Picking foods that could be created into more than one meal will help in time saving.
Make It Easy: This is a great reason to pick up that Instapot you have had your eye on for months. Use the oven or a slow cooker to cook some of the meal as a time saver. Food can be cooked with a designated amount of time and monitored when needed.
Make An Order: Don’t know how to cook or you just don’t have the desire to cook, then maybe having someone else do the work for you would be an option. There are several local and online companies that will send you pre-made food that is healthy.
